CalltoTrack’s service makes it simple and easy to set up an order tracking line and can be done in about 10 minutes without any technical experience.
Provisioning a Number
The first step of setting CalltoTrack up is provisioning a phone number for your company to use. This is handled automatically when you sign up for your account. You can either publish this number on your website as a tracking line, or you can add it as an extension to your directory tree. Most of our users add it as an extension to their directory tree.
Connecting your Shop
One you have signed up, you can manage your number and connect it to your shop. We have a handy video for the platform you selected in your account already. The video will take you step-by-step through connecting CalltoTrack with your shop. It normally takes about 5 minutes to connect your shop with CalltoTrack.
Setting Translations
Once your shop is connected to CalltoTrack, you can set your translations. The translations are what is spoken to your customers when they call the order tracking line. Our system does not read out simple order statuses such as “paid” it allows you to create a spoken translation that is more friendly. Such as saying “We have received payment for your order, it will be shipped in the next 24 hours”. When you set up the translations you can also test out and set your voices as well.
